Cupping

Jessica’s cupping style of choice, is fire cupping, which uses negative pressure to create suction. From a Traditional Chinese Medicine perspective, cupping helps to move the qi and blood, activates the meridians, clears heat and helps prevent pathogens from penetrating deep into the body. From a Western perspective, cupping helps by reducing pain and causes relaxation by improving circulation, resetting the fascia on the muscles, aiding in lymphatic drainage and improving immunity.
